WPSApp Pro is the ad-free version of WPSApp, designed to assess your network's security using the WPS protocol.

This protocol facilitates connecting to a WiFi network using an 8-digit pin number typically preset in the router. However, for many routers from various manufacturers, the pin is either known or can be calculated.

The application leverages these pins to attempt connections and ascertain network vulnerability. It comes equipped with multiple established algorithms for pin generation, some default pins, the ability to calculate default keys for specific routers, access to stored WiFi passwords on the device, network device scanning, and WiFi channel quality analysis.

The operation of WPSApp Pro is straightforward: secure networks are indicated by a red cross sign denoting disabled WPS protocols with unknown default passwords. Networks bearing a question mark signal enabled WPS but with unknown pins, allowing users to perform common pin tests. Networks marked with a green tick are likely vulnerable, with the WPS protocol activated and known connection pins or potentially a disabled WPS with a known password shown in green.

Accessing WiFi passwords requires Root user permissions, particularly on Android 9/10 for additional features.

Important: Not all networks are vulnerable as router manufacturers have issued firmware updates to patch vulnerabilities. It’s advisable to verify your network's security and take necessary precautions if vulnerabilities are identified.

Please note that misuse of the app to intrude into unauthorized networks is illegal and carries legal consequences.

From Android 6 (Marshmallow) onwards, granting location permissions is necessary; this was stipulated by Google in this version for enhanced security reasons. More details can be found at Google Marshmallow Changes.

Some Samsung models display encrypted passwords as hexadecimal sequences instead of actual passwords. Detailed decryption information can be found online or by reaching out for assistance.

Please be aware that pin connections do not function properly on LG models running Android 7 (Nougat) due to software issues unique to LG devices.
